Yes, you can return an item you purchased from raiz.shop if it was received in "Defective", "wrong size" or "Not as Described" state.
We require the product to be in the condition that it was delivered in. It should not have been used and the product should be in its original state.

We will get in touch with you and confirm the order return. Once we confirm please send the product to us at the address we will provide in the confirmation email.
