Yes, you can return an item you purchased from raiz.shop if it was received in "Defective", "wrong size" or "Not as Described" state.
We require the product to be in the condition that it was delivered in. It should not have been used and the product should be in its original state.
Please initiate the return by sending an email to us at support@raiz.shop. Please list the order number in the subject line or send an email from the email address you used for placing the order or list the email address you had used to place the order in the email.
We will get in touch with you and confirm the order return. Once we confirm please send the product to us at the address we will provide in the confirmation email. Please ensure you have added everything that was delivered by us including but not limited to price tags, labels, shipping bags, free samples, cards, envelopes, and any other accessories.
On receipt of the product, we'll immediately refund the money you had spent on purchasing our product. We will also compensate you for the costs incurred in sending the product back to us.
